Account Creation, Security & Responsibility
To register with ace444, you must provide accurate and up-to-date information. ace444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account created using false or misleading details.
- Each user may only create one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
- You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials (username and password) strictly confidential. Sharing this information with any third party is not permitted.
- Any suspicious activity on your account must be reported to ace444 customer support immediately.
- The account holder is solely responsible for all activity on their account.
Ace444 may request identity documents or additional information for verification at any time. Accounts may be temporarily restricted until the verification process is complete.
Payment, Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
All transactions on ace444 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Multiple mobile banking methods are supported for deposits and withdrawals, including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200.
- Deposits are usually credited to your account within 5–30 minutes. Bank transfers may take 24–48 hours.
- Withdrawal requests are processed after verification. Identity verification is mandatory for first-time withdrawals.
- Withdrawals are not permitted until the wagering requirements for any promotional bonus have been met.
- Ace444 reserves the right to hold any payment in cases involving suspicious or fraudulent transactions.
Any applicable government taxes or duties are the user's responsibility. ace444 is not liable for any charges imposed by third-party payment providers.
Prohibited Activities & User Responsibilities
The following activities are strictly prohibited while using the ace444 platform:
- Cheating, manipulating outcomes, or using bots to operate games.
- Attempting to access another user's account without authorization.

- Sending malicious software to the ace444 system or network.
- Harassing or threatening other users.
Any breach of the above rules may result in ace444 suspending or permanently closing the account and forfeiting the balance, without prior notice.

Limitation of Liability
Ace444 is not liable for any losses arising from internet outages, technical errors, or issues with third-party services. Users bear full responsibility for any financial losses incurred while using the platform.
Changes to Terms
Ace444 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes take effect immediately upon being published on the website. It is the user's responsibility to check this page regularly.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Bangladesh.
Account Suspension, Closure & Third Parties
Account Suspension & Closure
Ace444 may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:
- Violation of the Terms & Conditions.
- A user submits a self-requested account closure.
- Inactive accounts that have not been used for an extended period.
- As directed by a legal or regulatory authority.
If a valid balance remains at the time of account closure and no breach of terms has been established, ace444 will endeavor to return it in accordance with applicable rules.
Third-Party Links
Where the ace444 platform includes third-party services or links, ace444 is not responsible for the quality or security of those services. Users are advised to read the respective terms of any third-party service before use.
